C.A.R.T. Usage

  • Click on Join to open your Event in our newest player
  • You can still use our legacy player by clicking on Join Old
  • To open a Chat Window
    • (new) Click on the Chat menu item
    • (old) Click on the Chat toolbar icon Chat Icon
    • Relocate and resize the Chat Window
  • Customize the player (Font, Font Size, Text Color, and Background Color)
    • (new) Click on the Settings menu item
    • (old) Use the pulldowns and icons on the toolbar

The event specified by your Event Link, Nutrition and Diet, was scheduled to start at 12:00 PM EDT on 3/31/2008 and is no longer available.  Please contact Communique if you have any questions about your scheduled events.
