There are several steps in this test. Please allow several seconds for each step to execute. If the test stops during a step, please read the information provided and perform the recommended corrective actions. If your browser is compatible with Speche, you will automatically proceed to Step 3, the Connection Test.
Speche currently supports Java versions 1.2 and later. During Step 2 of the Browser Test, you will be prompted to download the latest version of the SUN Java plug-in if you are running an unsupported version of Java.
During the Connection Test, many Speche users are prompted with a Security Warning to download or run the SpecheBox provided by Stenograph, L.L.C. You must choose RUN (or Yes) to allow the SpecheBox to connect to our server. Please see eScription Links (below) for additional information.
